Hello, is there a rule that we are allowed only to do graduation, post graduation, cost and work accountants, cima, and phd courses or any other course like cfa etc while doing articleship ? I seriously doubt this because it doesnot even include company secretriat .... this is what ai read in our institute website https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=137.

you can pusue two courses simultaneoulsy but only with the prior consent of icai.
as far as i know, if you do both ca and cs, then it is not a bad thing, but during practice, you will be able to work either in capacity of a C.A. or C.S.
Similar is the case with cfa, cwa etc

You can pursue ONE (1) course simultaneously with your Articleship training subject to comply with some conditions which are stated in the part of instruction of FORM – 112 (Permission for doing Additional Course). Majorly you would find, your other (Additional) course should not disturb your Articleship training i.e. You must join your office place At 11:00 AM or early and not completing before 5:00 PM. On official basis.
You can pursue any kind of course (ONE), No restrictions on that point. Please read instructions given in form-112 before any judgements.
