what is the per day penalty for not filing gstr1 for quarter july to september?

turnover is below 1.5crore.

100 per day under cgst & 100 per day under sgst

i have inter state as well as intra state sale in this quarter. so how will i pay the penalty. is it depend on cgst sgst and igst or its combined per day penalty?

i also read the relaxation in peranty from 200 rs. per day to 50rs. per day. what is right?
