penalty for late filling of GST RETURN
Maine gst R1 for June month file nahi ki.aur usme nil return hai to kya penalty ITC se adjust ho jayega Kya.

GSTR 1 me penalty nai lagta hai abhi....sirf GSTR 3B me lag raha hai. And late fee ITC se adjust nai hoga..alag se pay karna padega.
