pcc to ipcc

You can appear directly for PCC exams itself. That's sufficient. But even if you want to convert to IPCC, then you have to apply to ICAI (forms for conversion are available in icai.org). Then you can appear for IPCC exams and no need to wait for again 9 months study period condition. ITT you can do it after writing IPCC exams, to avail this benefit first of all you have to register for IPCC and you have to get conversion letter from institute.
