my boss has given me a ghadamazduri.com work tomorrow i.e to go to income tax office in bkc (mumbai) and ask them for the refund of a client which is worth rs.4000.
as u all very well know that asking a refund from it authorities is like putting ur head into the lion's mouth.tell me how should i tackle the situtaion especially isince my boss is foul mouthed.
pl reply at the earliest
Firstly don't consider it as Gadhamazuri work.
It is a different experience to go to Income Tax department and enquire about Client's Refund.
Don't speak rudely with them !!! Go with the acknowledgement no. and other related documents as these people would ask for any sort of information to make others feel it's a tedious and lengthy process.
(Yes, but one time experience is more than sufficient)

IT'S AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO MAKE SOME FINANCIAL GAIN.AS THEY WILL ASK FOR SOME BRIBE TO PASS THE REFUND SO JUST ADD YOUR SHARE AND TELL YOUR CA THE AMOUNT OF BRIBE INCLUDING YOUR SHARE.
