Payroll management

hello everyone, i m puja srivastava having 3yrs exp in HR EXECUTIVE  in a small firm. i would be obliged if someone cosider me to answer about PAYROLL MANAGEMENT in details. i am eagerly want to know all things about  payroll management,how to make it, what are the thing should be keep in mind while making payroll of employees?plz help me to find all this question answer in details.coz soon i am going to join a big organization.
