Payment deducted from account but not no cofirmation received from icai

Need help..while filing exam form..payment had been deducted from my account but l had not received confirmation from icai..so i contacted to bank regarding to that and i filed charge back application..after 10 days they are saying that payment had been received by icai...i tried to contact to icai no.of times but everytime it is showing busy...pls help...
