Partnership registration urgent

The date of joining the partnership firm and its registration should be same. As they besome partner of the firm as on 25.04.2013, how they can join the firm before registration. You have to amend the date the joining in the Partnership.......

They Does not rejected that group . but they consider the date isnotarized on 25.04.13... Safer side and you dont want to take the chance than you can change the date...

then date of stamp paper, date of notary and date of partners joining all three needs to be same ??

because in my case Stamp paper date is 16.04.13.

Does not effect any thing in your case for stamp dated 16.04.2013. go ahead and registered the same....
