THe revised partnership has to be registered with the Registrar of Firms of the State in which business is being carried and original Partnership Deed was registered. Fill details of Incoming Partner & outgoing partner viz. Name , Address, Date of Joining & Leaving of Partner in FORM-V , attach a copy of retirement deed and new Partnership deed duly attested by Notary and challan for payment of registereration fee. Submit these Docements to the Registrar of Firms . Quote original Registeration no. in the FORM V. The registrar after making Changes in his records , will issue form D and Form A.

Registeration fee is approx. Rs. 10/-
