Greetings !
i had a partnership firm named "XYZ associates" which had 3 partners and the partnership deed was not registerd and got a pan card in the name of "XYZ associates".
Business was not started due to some reasons and not even a current account was taken using that pan card.
Now after 3 years a new partnership deed was drafted with 2 partners and it is registerd in the same name of "XYZ associates"
My Questions
1 ) Can i keep the Old pan card by submitting new deed under correction?
2 ) Should i have to change the name of partnership to obtain new pan card and surrender the old pan?
please suggest the best solution
