I want to form a Partnership Firm. For that purpose i want to know the amount of Required value of Stamp Paper?
If i purchase the stamp paper on 10.01.2012 and use the wordings "The firm is formed with effect from 01.04.2011.", will this deed be valid?
Is there any requirement that the deed should be entered within 6 months before or after stamp paper?

1. It is on Rs.500 stamp paper.
2. Yes you can use w.e.f. from past date but suggest not later than 1 year.
3. Yes it is required to use stamp paper within six months !!!
