DEar sir ,
one of our client would like to start a partnership firm with his brother, he submitted the following information ,
1. They are running a quary and metal crushing unit , the quary is situated in the plots of both brothers and they have machineries in the individual name of them. They would like to put all these assets under the partnership firm, they would like show all these assets in the partnershiip deed. sir , is it possible to do so, If so whether any format of agreement is available for drafting partnership deed, if so please attach a format. Kindly guide me
