please find attached document regarding Partnership Deed.
no it is not mandatory to get registered a partnership firm.but to avoid future conflicts and to avail legal support it should be registered under partnership act 1932.
Deed should be executed on 1000 rs stamp paper ,though some states accept on 500 rs stamp.
