Partnership act

Dear Brothers abd Sisters,

I want to know that HUF can enter as a partner in the Partnership firm with his wife and two sons as a partners as individual capacity and one partner as HUF status .

The partners all are family members and father and mother and two sons. 

Now the Bank people says Huf cannot be a partner in the firm  as per Suprem Court Judgement

Whether this is a correct or not 

Please give the details and send copy of judgement
