As per Finance bill 2016 is partners salary, interest deductible when computing under 44 AD ???

If opt u/s 44ad then no way for claim Remuneration and interest to partners...
doesn't this attract double taxation ??? partners salary is taxed in the firm @ 8% and again in the hands of partners under respective slab !!

- No. After the payment of Tax then the profit share is fully exempted (already taxed) In the hands of partners...

Note : It's not called salary. The profit share transfer to capital account and partner can draw the amount as drawings...
partner's salary or remuneration is taxble in the hands of the partner under the head business and profession.. partners share in profits is exempt..!
As per Your view is exactly correct if the Firm file their ITR u/s 44AA or 44AB...

But, If the Firm is opt u/s 44ad then no way for Remuneration and Interest...
