partners individual return
my client is a partner in firm. he has only income . interest on capital and remuneration from firm. he is not maintaining books . he do not have any balance sheet. and p&L account. while filing itr 3 how he can show the same.

No need for the said details when there is no business activity.
Just select...... 'Whether books of accounts are required to maintained u/s. 44AA?' as NO.
