Earlier i have taken COP as Part time. Now it is converted in to Full time as i am on employment with organisation on consultation basis.

How can i take benefit of Full time COP?

I want to register my proprietorship firm what is the procedure?

In future can i convert proprietorship firm into partnership?

For getting your firm register, first apply for the approval of name with ICAI in the following form 117 >

Also, you can make a preliminary check on the ICAI website, to determine that whether any firm is already existing with the name your require.

After, you get the approval of the name, apply to the ICAI for registering the firm within 30 days of the name approval in form no. 18.

Also, you can convert your firm into partnership any time you want by again applying in Form 18 for change in constitution.
