Dear Sir,

I had applied for a PAN No in 1999 for my HUF file. I have an acknowledgement of the same. My CA had got the PAN No from somewhere and have been using that PAN no since then. The PAN Card for the same had not been recieved by me. Recently I was wanting to register for the online filing of the Returns but could not do so because the Date of Incorporation was not matching. I refered to the PAN application where the date of incorporation column is blank. How do I get to know whether the PAN Number is mine or not ? and also the date of incorporation? How do I get a PAN card?

Dear Abhishek,

On the Basis of the Acknowledgement you can make an enquiry whether PAN Card issued or not. and if issued, who receipt this PAN Card.first of all you know this fact. after it, we will proceed. write me email for any type of help in relation to taxation.my email id is sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com

U need not to Worry. First U hav to approach to Your City Incometax Office Computer Operation. There will be officer incharge for PAN. If U r not aware of date of formation of HUF, U give your PAN no. and ask Officer they will give the date. And after that U can apply for fresh PAN card in PAN correction Form not in 49A. with required particular. that is only the procedure not any other . Even U fail to get Pl. contact me I will suggest U Other Way to get require detail.

it happens many times, that we wont get our pan card by postal service.. if your want to know the date of incorporation of your HUF than call on 02267931010 and when they ask you PAN no.tell them, they ll tell you your D.o.Incorporation.

as i am from rajasthan i have no. of Aaykar Sampark Kendra, jaipur .. i am giving your their no. call them they will provide your details of your PAN Card. ph.no.01412371287
