what if i lost my pan card n i dont no my pan no too. how can i get it back because department of income tax is saying call in helpline no and they say contact income department....

this option is also delated from the income tax site.
u can apply for duplicte if having idea of pan number, otherwise havve to apply for another PAN and surrender the old PAN when IT Dept ask for the reason to have two PAN numbers with same contact details.
Check, if you have net banking facility....
or remember answer for secret question !!!
If you have Aadhaar card , then its very easy for you to apply duplicate pan card with paperless. You don't need to upload any documents or submit.
