No, you have fulfill your obligation by filing the Surrender Form, now you have sufficeint evidence. Not to done anything.  

Chose any of methods:- 

a. Visit Income Tax Department’s website link https://incometax.sparshindia.com/pan/newPAN.asp and submit the required details.

b. Alternatively, you may fill and submit PAN Change Request application form by mentioning the PAN which you are using currently on top of the form. All other PAN/s inadvertently allotted to you should be mentioned at item no. 11 of the form and the corresponding PAN card copy/s should be submitted for cancellation along with the form.

You Have 2 Pan Cards . You Liable to Pay Penilaty Rs.10.000/-. My Advise is 1st Pan Crad No we have so Apply for  New Card  With Same PAN  No. and 2 One is Surnder with Letter   to Income Tax Department.
