1. Please conform that for application of pan SSC (10th) mark list will accepted as age proof.
2. And also if name mentioned on it is different because after marriage name of individual is changed whether affidavit for change in name is also required.
1. matriculation certificate is necessary for proof of date of birth, marksheet will not be accepted.
2. for this no need to give affidavit, you can use point no. 3 and provide details as per matriculation certificate here, name (changed after marriage) can be given in point no. 1
