Copy of Partnership Deed will suffice if it clear states the address where the office of Partnership firm shall exist, in case it is silent about the specific address, then you need to submit address proof of the the firm in addittion to partnership Deed.

I have seen in many deed for the address it is mentioned " That the Head Office of the PArtnership Business shall be at Delhi.  The Firm may however branch or branches at any place in India"

In such cases where complete address is not mentioned in the Deed, Address Proof is addittionally required.
