Hi
I got intimation regarding outstanding tax demand for AY-2008. I know that I have paid all may tax. I checked return I filed for AY-2008-09. I also have acknowledge for the same.
Please guide me how to proceed now.

Write an Letter to Your Assessing officer along with all the Proofs of paying the Taxes and get it submitted to the Department.
