Outsourcing accounts may not sound safe but you can make it safer by way of using alias in tally. Do not disclose your customer/suppliers name just send us the alias even in that case you can import smoothly. For exmple you have a customer called Microsoft you create alias xyz for this customer then nobody in the world can guess or decode that Microsoft is yor customer.
Now you may ask what about the numbers. Well you can encrypt that at your level but decrypting by your own algorithm may effect other fields where numbers are there like dates. Just numbers are quantitative information and of no much use.So dont worry about that because you are sending data in parts and if you use alias then we have better things to do than stitching those parts together and breaking your alias etc..
