OTP IN NOT RECEIVED

i create new profile for registration dealer
feel all detail register mobile number register email address active link is received on email but OTP is not received
I try 2-3 week but same problem
i changed mobile number but OTP not received
I complaint all this but no solution they are saying please wait
plz help if possible please
