Other services(other than 119 services)

Services not specifically covered under any taxable service will be covered under other taxable services. Due to introduction of definition of service certain services would not be covered under specific category and therefore code of other taxable service was introduced.

For example directors remuneratin will be covered under other taxable service.

Other services under reverse charge mechanisum:

1. Insurance Agent.

2. Services of Advocate or Advocate Firms or Arbitral Tribunal to Business Entity having turnover over ` 10 lakhs. Then Business Entity is liable to pay entire service tax.

3. Sponsorship by Body corporate or Partnership Firm

4. Services of non-executive and independent directors
