I have decide to do Orientation program after my Nov exams.But in the examination form it is written that,"You have to complete the 35 hrs Orientation course on or before 9th November,2010 and have to send the copy of Orientation Completion Certificate to the Additional Secretary(Exams) by 30th Nov,2010"
and its clear that I wont be able to send certificate till 30th Nov.
