Payment was debited from my account. but
after payment there is an error message that
transaction failed.

In case of problem in Registering for the Online Form, mail your queries to registration_helpdesk @ sifyitest.com quoting your Registration Number, course details and nature of the problem.
i have send mail 3 times but there is no response from ICAI
