Online Eam Form Information Req?

Hi,

Does any one filled the online application form for the nov 2010 exam .If yes please advise me the following.

1) Does we get any recipet that we have submitted the exam form online,

2) Do we need to courier any documents to delhi or some other place,

3) Can we use debit card if we dont have axis on net banking.

i had filled exam form online

1) u have to take print out of the filled application and keep the xerox copy as future reference

2) u have to take print out of exam form and have to send it to delhi

3) yes u can use debit card,but mark that debit card is either visa or master card
