Old to new syllabus conversion

Please help me to resolve the issue during fill up the form of old syllabus to nre syllabus conversion.

During fill up the form at the tab of conversion the details of ITT completion can't shown on the screen .I added the the details of ITT and refresh the tab but it's not seen yet. Plz help me nd give me suggestions about this.
