Hi,
I have completed Articleship in 2001 but could not qualify for any group. Now Can I appear for exam?? If yes, What are the procedures??? Will I have to serve articleship again??

No Need of Doing Articles again. Your articles done will be a valid period.
Just Go to ICAI office near to you, check out with the Re registration forms fill it Pay some small amount of fees as they tell you & apply for your November attempt, Give exams Pass & Become a CA
