Hello Frenz,
One of senior person in my firm had started off with ca in 1980's and till date has cleared one group in ca final old scheme.Due to certain constraints he wont be able to attempt in nov 2010(last attempt in old scheme),after which obviously shift to new scheme.Now his query is ,In the new scheme,has he got to reclear group which he has allready cleared or not..Logically there is no point in reclearing again the group which he is done with.But i ve no idea abt icai regulations regarding the same. i Kindly request to solve this query considering icai rules and not personal opinion(s).
