My client is in jewellery business and buys old gold from cutomers.
I have to develope process for purchase of old gold purcgases,
In this case, sometimes, customers do not want to give their PAN numbers or other info while selling old gold my client have to sell new gold against this old gold.
Please help me in providing process to be followed by my client, alongwith income tax and VAT issues to be taken care.
