I lost money in srei ncd investment. I want to know can i offset this lost against any other income? I have income from interest, house rent, stcg on shares.

You can adjust your loss from NCD when you sale. It falls under short term or long term capital gains. You can offset your loss agains other STCG or LTCG.

Such loss cannot be set off easily
