I can not offset September GSTR3B
Input IGST ₹3241. Input CGST ₹54967 Input SGST ₹54967 Input Cess ₹4087&Output CGST ₹62405 Input SGST ₹62405 Out Put Cess ₹4290.I create Challan and amount in the SBI as follows
.CGST₹ 4197 SGST ₹7438 and Cess ₹203.The above Cash and ITC Shown in my Check balance page and ledgers.But I can not offset.What is the reason.Please give detailed advise immediately.

Please check your late fee column for any amount is shown...
No late shown in any tab
Late fee column show Zero
late fee to be deposited as 200 per day(100 for cgst and 100 for sgst in the column fee in the challan) late fee from 20-10-2017 for gstr 3b for the m/o aug 2017
Which date you file your GSTR 3B return for the month of August...?

Late fee shown in any of the column in GSTR 3B for the month of August or September 2017
If you are filed after 20th then late fee is applicable...
But, you are filed before 20th...
So, Once again you ll check your filing details...

Yes IGST ₹3241 not using settoff I will settoff Payment of ₹ 7138 CGST&SGST each and Cess ₹203 paid and offset show successfully.But IGST ₹3241 Remaining credit.Is it is correct

Also your Output Liability = ITC + Cash Payments = 0
Output CGST₹62405+SGST₹62405+Cess ₹4290.InputCredit CGST₹54967+SGST₹54967+IGST₹3241+Cess₹4087
Total Liability = Rs. 62405 + 62405 + 4290 = 129100*
ITC = Rs. 3241 + 54967 + 54967 + 4087 = 117262
Cash Paid = Rs. 4197 + 7438 + 203 = 11838 = 117262 + 11838 = 129100*
I paid cash ₹7438 in CGST ₹ 7438 in SGST&₹ 203 in Cess and offset Successfully.But I can not avail IGST ITC ₹3241 this month
