Obtaining gst bond documents from department

Hi

Last year as per GST Rules, we filed GAST Bond with the department and later department notified that no such Bond is necessary.

Now the Bond is about to expire and when we approached the jurisdictional office, they told that it will automatically expire but our bank is asking for originals to be returned for invoking the Bond and to return the bonded property.

Whereas department is reluctant to return the originals.

What should I do to get my Bond revoked and how to get originals from department to get things done at Bank.
