Sir, Is it mandatory to maintain same number of employees for EPF as well as for ESI simultanously? Say, M/s XYZ have 15 nos of employees registered under epf at the same time 16 nos of employees registered under ESI. is it possible?

WHY YOU ARE REGISTRED EMPLOYEES 15 IN EPF AND 16 IN ESIC
BECUASE YOUR COMPNAY HAS 15 OR 16 EMPLOYEES AT THE ONE TIME
as one of them (employee) don't want to register with EPF. Since the employee is a less paid employee
