A PERSON NRE/NRI STATUS DOING BUSINESS IN OVERSEAS AND THERE IS NO BUSINESS IN INDIA, EARLIER HE WAS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS STAYING THERE IN OVERSEAS. BUT NOW AS PER HIS PASSPORT HE IS NOT STAYING CONTINUOUSLY IN ABROAD, NOW HOW HIS ABROAD BUSINESS INCOME CONSIDERED IN INDIA?
Depends upon his residential status as per sec. 6 of IT act.
