Can General Meeting and EGM be held by giving a days notice ?

EGM CAN HOLD IN SHORT NOTICE Where's 95%of voting members concent is given
For AGM - 95% Of member entitled to attend and vote
For EGM - members represent 95% of total voting rights

As Per SS-2 , Public ad to be given at least 3 days before GM
