Sir, after filing d revised ITR4 changing from 44ada to 44ad with some change in income also under NOB 505 as same as d previous ITR4 filing, again d same defective notice has come saying d tax payer is not applicable to 44ada. Plz advise me what will be d next step for me. Should I change d nature of business code instead of changing section 44ada to 44ad and file a revised ITR4 again or should I wait for sometime? How many time can I file revised ITR4 or correction?

If you changed and declared income as per section 44AD....... how can notice repeat section 44ADA"
Get it checked by any experienced CA or consultant.......... and refile again......
