What is the purpose for which the trust was formed?

Activities to be listed out based on the purpose of the formation of the trust 

Purpose of trust mainly based on education and doing social activities ( awareness) in all fields.  Sir if u have any sample or anything regarding how to gormat or draft Notes of Activities of trust , please attach .
