I havent received my articleship completion letter yet though one year has lapsed since i submitted my form 108 with the institute. Also i checked the following link for my articleship status:

which showed my details n read as:
"* in the article training details means vacancy is available against the student and this also covers form 108 received but pending for want of d documents"
can anybody please explain as to wat it means n wat needs to b done in this case?
