Not able to set off liability
CGST Payable is Rs.33213, SGST Payable is Rs.33213 and I have an ITC of IGST Rs.35568 and CGST of Rs.4023 and SGST of Rs.4023 and I have a cash credit of CGST of Rs.3000 and SGST of Rs.19812. I am not able to set off the liability and getting a message "Offset the CGST tax Liability before cross utilization of IGST credit against SGST tax liability" can you please advice.

first set off output cgst of rs 33213 against input cgst 4023 and balance 29190 against igst..then set off output sgst of rs 33213 against input sgst of rs 4023, 6378 against the balance of igst and balance output sgst of rs 22812 against cash balance available in sgst...now you will have left balance in cash ledger is cgst 3000 and 10401 in sgst
