How to treat excess material at job work. whether it can be adjusted with job work invoice? or
we have to raise any sale invoice for excess material?

This exsess material may treat as scarp . your total quantity must be match with retun material.
excess material valued at cost and adjusted with invoice dose it attract GST
If you have received the materials from manufacturer with delivery note please make return against another delivery note to the manufacturer of that excess material.
manufacturer doesn't require the material
Keep it for next order or take purchase bill of the same from manufacturer
