Is this compulsory to have one resident promoter in private limited company. At the time of formation of the company one of the promoter was resident but now status of both the promoter is non resident though we have three resident directors also. Are we good with the company law provisions ?
According to the Companies Act, 2013, at least one director of a private limited company must be a resident of India.
