Non resident promoters of private limited company

Is this compulsory to have one resident promoter in private limited company. At the time of formation of the company one of the promoter was resident but now status of both the promoter is non resident though we have three resident directors also.  Are we good with the company law provisions ?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirement for a resident director in a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013. While the law mandates at least one resident director, it does not stipulate that a promoter must be a resident. The presence of three resident directors, even without shareholding, satisfies the legal provision regarding residency.

According to the Companies Act, 2013, at least one director of a private limited company must be a resident of India.

That i know but is it necessary to have one resident promoter of a private company. on our case we have three resident directors but none of them have any shareholding
