if you have turnover less tha 20lakh per year, then registration is not mandatory
but if u have 20 lakh or more turnover

My office is in Delhi only but I provide services ( online services like Domain registration, server space renting etc.) in mutliple states like UP, Gujrat etc. My friend says that if I provide services outside India, Rs.20 lac limit is not applicable to me and I must have GST even if my turn over is Rs.100. Is it true? Could anybody please confirm the same?
