1.Talk to icai regarding letter n id card 2.request them to send letter n id card as early as possible Tell ur problem to them that u want to take transfer thats why u need letter n i card urgently

Vikas may be many students cal officials and ask many questions to staff May be bcoz of that staff gets irritated and many times they do not respont properly They talk in very irritative n insulting way Many times they just cut the phone without properly understanding our problem But still u need to b pationt n poliet with them Dont loose ur pations and talk to them
