i had already filed gstr 3b for july and august but when i am gng to file gstr 3b of sep, it is shown that u have not filed previous gstr3b. what i ll do to file my form and to avoid penalty

Check whether you have any late fees payable in September return.

The error is specifically stating that you haven't filed previous returns?

Its not usual for the portal to give an error for non filing even when you have filed.

I have not filed gstr3b for the month of August and now it is showing me late fee of rs 6000 can anyone help me. what should I do now?

Pay the same and continue with filing of august and september
