Non core amendment fields

After completing GSTR 26, there is form for non core fields which I have already completed eairlier and now again there is an availablity of non core fields in my account.
Is it mandatory to file such form again??
Due date for the same is 29/09/2016.
and GSTR 26 is still pending for verification.
