In the case of an LLP, there are five partners, all are private limited companies and all are Designated Partners. Therefore, all companies have an individual appointed as nominees, all individual being unique.
Now in 3 partner companies, the nominee directors have resigned. The remaining directors are common directors in all five companies.
When I am filing Form 4 for change of nominee and filling DPIN, it asks for a unique DPIN. In such a case where I have only 2 unique persons, how can I proceed with change of nominee for the remaining 3 companies? Please help.
